Distribution Capabilities
Our Distribution Center in Accra, Ghana covers 16 regions. We also plan to have offices in Kumasi and Tamale in 2024, Ghana.
All warehouses are adequate in size and facilities with processes, documents, personnel, and systems in place in compliance with standard/Duly registered, audited annually, and conforming to other national regulatory and manufacturer standards.
Distribution Centers are equipped with standard cold-chain facilities with sub-cooling systems and cold-chain logistics systems. Logistics partners: Oceans-DHL. Avg. delivery time 24 hours.
Complaint Management Process: Code of Conduct at par with the UN’s global compact for multinational business (anti-corruption / labor/environment / human rights).
Transport Fleet: We will incorporate a fleet of vans in each of our offices to distribute products with a trained salesperson going to all the various points of sale to distribute the kits.

We have offices in Accra (HQ) and plan to open offices in Tamale, and Kumasi. With strong regional strength and presence in Ghana, we continue to cater to the medical needs of our clients with products that have better feature upgrades, structured payment plans, and quality after-sales services.
